Help! I Would Like a Light!

Several weeks ago, after purchasing a brand new dining room table, we did some important house rearranging. We transferred all the family room furniture to the old eating room, which will be open to our kitchen and set the dining area table in the aged family room. We developed this great small loungey place that actually represents the way – and it is loved by us.

It Is still a work in development – we are about to get a fresh cocktail table as well as a little armchair to finish the organization. But we truly want a light that is new. When we transferred the old dining area furniture outside, I smacked the aged chandelier with my head (it was not that interesting), turning it beyond fixing. Seemingly I ‘ve a head that is tough.

As an outcome, now we have a huge hole in which a pendant should be and we actually want a bit more mild in the the room. We are having having problems, though, discovering the light that is perfect. The one we believed we needed from IKEA is not accessible online or on the East Coast (irritating) and the rest we have noticed is simply too pricey or too dull.

Therefore, Houzz people – please assist me! We are trying to find something within these parameters:
– Great and likely a tiny on the present day side
– Under $500 (rather nicely under)
– Medium in dimension
– Will hang down a foot or 2, although not substantially more than that

This ideabook start-S out with pictures of my home, subsequently features a whole lot of lights I Have seemed at for inspiration. Any guidance is going to be significantly appreciated!

This can be the “lounge” – See that spoton the ceiling? That is where the light employed to reside.

This dining table lamp is the primary light in the the area. It is made from thin strips of bamboo (and from IKEA). Additionally, it has a pendant variant, but sadly, with a really kitcheny vibe, and we are trying to find something a small mo Re “front room.”

This can be my kitchen – the lounge space is away to the right of the picture. Merely to give a bit of view to you.

I enjoy the thought of only painting it and locating an chandelier one colour – possibly white, perhaps something

I love the way in which this lamp appears to burn from in.

I really like this fine, building that is interesting.

This is really a closeup of the chandelier above – I believe it is so great.

This chandelier jogs my memory of a mo-Re strong variant of the one preceding, and that I enjoy it for exactly the same reasons.

IKEA

These two IKEA pendants are excessively large (and a a tad too also informal) for our area, but I enjoy them yet.

I do not actually need to fool around with candles (even types which are not actual), but I do enjoy this fixture’s coil building and the warm quality of of sunshine it puts off.

Upsurge – ATX

We’ve got a moose stand in our family area, therefore a tiny antler chandelier was advised by a buddy . I love the thought, but am worried about going over board together with the antler point.

This one hangs also reduced, but I presume it is cool – I just like the way it might spread light as well as the design.

Amy Lau Style

I discover myself attracted for this fashion over and over – there is some thing in regards to how the light blasts that operates for me personally.
